21 Day Fix Results

So I finished up my 21 Day Fix journey last week and have some positive results to report! And, no, I don’t have a before and after picture of me showing off my fresh new six pack in a tiny little sports bra. One, I don’t have a six pack (shocker, I know!) and two, as much as I want the public to see me in my underwear, I must resist. HOWEVER, I’ve got a bunch of sweat selfies, so y’all enjoy those.



Your girl dropped 6 pounds and 13.25 inches! I was pretty pumped when I weighed myself and took measurements, especially with the inches. I’ve noticed that my clothes are fitting a lot better so I’m  loving that.

I was originally going to start 22 Minutes Hard Corps next, but myself and some of my fellow coaches are starting a 21 Day Fix Challenge Group this coming Monday so I decided to do another round of the program so I can do it with my ladies step by step.

The biggest difference I can feel starting off this second round is how much stronger and more in shape I’m getting. While the workouts are definitely still very challenging, I’m able to do things I couldn’t do the first round and have increased my weights. I can also tell that the Shakeology is helping. My cravings are much less and I’ve got more energy. Even if I wasn’t trying to lose weight, I think I would still drink the shakes because of how they make me feel.
